The suggested mixture is 14 oz of marinade for every 5 lbs of meat. For best results we recommend using fresh, not frozen, meat. Simply add the meat and marinade mix to a gallon-sized ziploc bag and allow the meat to marinade overnight. Cook on the grill or pan and enjoy our authentic flavors at home.
